Designed to be the head office for a progressive environmental engineering firm, this infill 2 storey office building takes maximum advantage of the riverbank setting. Walls of glass face the river, and the triangular plan is configured to allow the building's users to experience the view. Service spaces are grouped along the street face of the building away from the river, lending this facade an interesting mystery. The entrance to the building is positioned to heighten visibility from Osborne Street. Visitors entre the lobby under a roof top garden accessed from the second floor. The whole effect of the building is intended to be progressive, technologically adept and harmonious with nature.
